Cork Pet Mats

The world's first floral cork dog mats — naturally antimicrobial, easy to wipe clean, and printed to match your yoga mat.

Dog beds collect what dogs bring home: moisture, mud, and odor that fabric holds onto no matter how often it is washed. Cork works differently. It is naturally antimicrobial and water-resistant, so a SoulWag mat wipes clean in seconds and stays fresh between cleanings — no cover to unzip, no stuffing to launder.

Every SoulWag mat is built exactly like our floral cork yoga mats: sustainably harvested Portuguese cork over a natural tree-rubber base, with original botanical artwork UV-printed in water-based inks. That makes it non-toxic and plastic-free by design — and, as far as we know, the only floral cork pet mat anywhere.

Choose the XL SoulWag Supreme in any of the five Kaya designs so your practice corner coordinates — mat, blocks, and your dog's spot beside you — or the SoulWag Medium (34" × 24") for smaller spaces, crates and travel.

The designs

Why cork beats fabric for pets

Fabric bedding absorbs; cork resists. Spilled water beads on the surface, muddy paw prints wipe away, and the antimicrobial structure of cork keeps bacteria and odor from settling in. For senior dogs and big breeds, the firm, grippy surface also makes standing up easier than on slick floors or squashy beds.

And because the floral artwork is UV-printed into the cork with water-based inks — not laminated on top — the design holds up to claws and daily naps the same way our yoga mats hold up to daily practice.

Cork pet mat FAQs

Why is cork a good material for a dog mat?

Cork is naturally antimicrobial and odor-resistant, so it stays fresher between cleanings than fabric beds. The surface is water-resistant and wipes clean in seconds after muddy paws or spills, it insulates against cold floors, and its natural texture gives dogs secure footing that fabric and plastic mats lack.

Are cork pet mats safe for dogs?

Yes. Kaya pet mats are made from the same materials as our yoga mats: sustainably harvested Portuguese cork over a natural tree-rubber base, with floral designs UV-printed using water-based inks. No PVC, no chemical adhesives, no synthetic foams — nothing we would not practice on ourselves.

How do I clean a cork dog mat?

Wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap — that covers most messes. Because cork resists moisture and bacteria on its own, the mat does not absorb odors the way fabric bedding does. Avoid soaking it or leaving it in prolonged direct sun.

What sizes do the pet mats come in?

The SoulWag Supreme is an XL cork mat (44" × 32") with room for large breeds to stretch out fully, available in all five Kaya floral designs — each matching our floral cork yoga mats and blocks. The SoulWag Medium (34" × 24") in warm Terra cork accommodates dogs and cats of all sizes and is easy to take along.
