Limited Warranty

What is covered

KayaBloom Core, KayaBloom Lite and Mudra cork yoga mats, and Kala and Sukhla cork water bottles, are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of delivery. Covered defects include:

• the cork surface separating from the natural rubber base
• cork cracking or crumbling that is not caused by the exclusions below
• printed artwork lifting or peeling from the cork
• a bottle that no longer holds temperature because of a seam or insulation failure
• a bottle lid or cork sleeve that fails under normal use

All other Kaya products are covered by our 30-day return policy, under which defective items are replaced or refunded.

What is not covered

• normal wear, including gradual softening of colour, changes in surface texture and light marks from use
• damage from soaking, machine washing, solvents, alcohol, bleach, essential oils or scented sprays
• sun, heat or freezing damage, including mats left in a hot car
• cuts, punctures, pet claws and accidents
• products used commercially in a studio, gym or rental fleet (ask us about studio terms)
• products bought second-hand or from a seller we did not authorise

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description, and two or three photos. We reply within two business days. If the claim is approved we will, at our choice, repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. We pay shipping both ways on approved claims.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations below may not apply to you. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
